The following pages are provided to help Villas of Calavera Hills residents (both homeowners and tenants) to help conserve water, conserve energy and maintain our community in a thoughtful and responsible manner.
Please pay particular attention to the water conservation tips. On January 1, 2009 the City of Carlsbad is increasing water rates by 20%. Did you know that your HOA dues (currently $250 per month) pay for water consumption at the Villas? We all have an incentive to do what we can to save to keep our HOA dues low.
