For maintenance emergencies contact Association Management Group immediately. They provide 24 hour phone support to the Villas of Calavera Hills.
All maintenance issues should be reported to the Management Company as soon as possible. The preferred method of contact for non-emergency maintenance requests is via email. A Work Order Request Form is available on the Forms page. Try to be as detailed as possible in your description of the problem to expedite the completion of the work.
You may write to the Board of Directors via the management company. If your request requires board action please make it clear that you are requesting specific action by the board. Board action must be addressed at the following board meeting so please allow up to 45 days for a response.
The Villas of Calavera Homeowners Association has three committees: maintenance, architectural and landscaping. At this time we only have two volunteers from the community to help on these committees. If you are interested in volunteer opportunities at the Villas, and you have a professional expertise that we could utilize, please email Association Management Group
